hi WTC, just thought of a good topic you should consider covering. Reviewing job postings, and the application you submit. I've read several join postings recently that were exclusive of women, and I was tempted to write those companies and say 'hey, your job ad is really sexist and you're missing out on potential amazing employees because of it' but I didn't. I'm also tempted to do a double blind research and fake apply for jobs with a male name at the same time as my regular application. However I'm not actually looking for work, but I keep my eyes thumb on what's available. Just a thought, cheers! Stephanie
