WTC "Prioritize Communication' with Michele Daugherty

In her current role in Central Florida, Michele continues to create pathways for others and advocates for diversity, safety, and total human health in the industry. Daugherty shares the challenges and experiences of being in the construction industry, the importance of communication and asking questions, strategies for driving growth and success, and the passion for supporting women in the field.
