She also discusses her work with the Construction Education Foundation in Georgia and the McCabe Foundation, an organization co-founded with her father focusing on providing opportunities for veterans and youth in the trades industry. Towards the end, she expresses her need for more opportunities to share her story and experiences to inspire and educate others, especially prospective or budding women in the construction field.
